1- Whisk the egg well (if possible with chopsticks), add the seasoning and mix again.
2- Heat the oil in a tamagoyaki frypan and spread evenly. Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture and stir with chopsticks to keep it runny.
3- Pour another 1/3 of the egg mixture and stir gently to gather into half the size of the tamagoyaki frypan.
4- Pour the rest of the mixture under the omelet to cook and shape it.
