Sori Yanagi slotted turner

This is a rigid spatula and quite sturdy. It’s quite well-made and it has become an essential tool in combination with my blue steel pans. I am so glad that I found stainless steel spatulas that have no plastic components and are made in Japan! I am so tired of brand names that make inferior products in China and still charge a high price tag. The spatulas here are of a simple, elegant design and of high quality.
