Sushi Press Ta (Oshizushi-Bako), Hinoki

A hinoki cypress wooden mold for making oshizushi (pressed sushi). Layer rice and toppings, press with the plunger, then slice using the side guide slots before unmolding. Soak in cold water 5-10 min before use to prevent rice sticking.
