Everything here is made in Japan and shipped from our warehouse in Fukuoka, which is the point of giving it: a Tokoname teapot, a pair of Arita rice bowls or a box of lacquered chopsticks carries its origin with it. Start with a category or an occasion below; if you are giving for a date, check our delivery times by country first.
How long does delivery take? Orders leave Fukuoka within a few days; transit time then depends on the destination and the carrier. The shipping policy gives the estimate for your country.
Will the recipient pay customs duties? Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country and the order value. The shipping policy explains what applies to yours so there is no surprise at the door.
Can I ship straight to the recipient? Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and keep your own as the billing address.
Is the gift wrapped? We do not offer gift wrapping. Gift sets arrive in their original Japanese presentation box, which is usually the nicer option; other items are packed for safe transit.
