Japanese seaweed and nori

Nori sheets for maki, kizami nori shredded for topping, aonori powder for okonomiyaki, and kombu for dashi. Four seaweeds with four different jobs. They are not interchangeable, and the one that makes sushi will not make stock. Use them with our sushi essentials and dashi stock, or browse all Japanese ingredients.
