I. PRODUCTS
We carefully select products that we believe offer excellent quality and value. We strongly encourage customers to read each product description carefully before purchasing.
Product pages include dimensions, specifications, and detailed information in order to avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises upon delivery.
Original Japanese product descriptions and instructions are provided by the manufacturers. Akazuki cannot be held responsible for the content or translation of these original Japanese materials.
However, we provide simplified English instructions whenever necessary, especially regarding product handling and safety precautions.
In the event that a product becomes temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email regarding the expected delay.
If the item cannot be supplied and no suitable alternative product of similar quality and price can be proposed, the customer will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
Once an order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. Customers will receive an additional email notification once the order has been shipped.
II. ORDER
How to Purchase on Akazuki
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. The selected items will appear in your shopping cart.
Before finalizing your purchase, please verify that the selected items, quantities, and product options are correct. You may edit or remove items directly from your cart if needed.
Once the order is confirmed, you will be transferred securely to PayPal’s payment platform, where you will enter your shipping address and payment information.
After payment validation, you will return to Akazuki to select your preferred shipping method. Shipping prices are clearly displayed during checkout.
Although multiple currencies may be displayed on the website, all final payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Confirmation
After completing your order, you will receive two confirmation emails: one from PayPal and one from Akazuki.
The Akazuki confirmation email will include:
- Your order number
- The complete order details
- Your shipping address
We recommend saving this email for your records. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Method of Payment
Akazuki accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
A PayPal account is not required to complete a purchase.
III. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). While customers may browse the website using different currencies, all transactions are ultimately processed in USD.
A minimum order value of USD 45 applies to all orders.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the product price. However, all additional charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Akazuki does not store credit card details or sensitive financial information. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed by PayPal.
If any issue occurs during payment verification, our customer service team may contact the customer directly.
In order to prevent fraud and resolve potential payment disputes, certain order information may be shared with trusted third-party verification services.
