⚠️ Clarification Note & Wooden Kitchenware Care Guidelines:

Proper Usage (Do Not Cut On Board): This item is a top-side guide tool, not a chopping board surface. Never slice directly into or on top of this board. Place your dough on a large pastry board, rest the Komaita on top of the dough, and slide the board back sequentially as you slice adjacent to it.
Dry Clean Only (Water Avoidance): Natural beech wood swells and warps easily when exposed to liquids. Do not wash under running water, do not submerge, and do not place in a dishwasher. To clean, simply brush away excess dusting flour using a dry pastry brush, or wipe down with a thoroughly wrung-out damp cloth if needed.
Drying & Climate Storage: Air dry completely in a cool, well-ventilated space out of direct sunlight. Never place in a microwave, kitchen oven, near active stove burners, or in low-humidity heated spaces to prevent splitting and wood checking.
