since using this pan to make dashimakitamago, i have been so happy. i make the most beautiful dashimaki now. they look (and taste) so good they could be sold in a shop! i'm extremely happy with this pan and can see myself using it for a long time. thank you!
i drink this daily, mixed with gin. it's absolutely delicious. there's no other citrus or flavour in the world like it. i am hooked. my partner's also using it in other cocktails now, too, including a mai tai, which was also delicious.
