The art of Japanese shaved ice: Kakigōri

Kakigōri (かき氷) is more than just a dessert; it is the refreshing soul of a Japanese summer. This legendary shaved ice creation is prized for its snow-like fluffiness, typically drizzled with artisanal syrups and a luscious touch of sweetened condensed milk. Unlike traditional ice cones, authentic Kakigōri offers a delicate melt-in-the-mouth experience that is truly unique. Make it at home with our kakigori machines and essentials, finish it with authentic syrups and toppings, and serve it in one of our traditional Japanese bowls, whose deep designs and exquisite glazes provide the perfect insulation and backdrop for your colorful mountain of ice.
