About new U.S. customs tariff

Dear customers,

As of today, all parcels arriving in the U.S. from Japan are subject to a 15% customs tax plus a carrier commission fee, payable by the recipient.

To avoid the inconvenience of paying twice (order + customs/commission), we now offer all-inclusive prices. The price you see at checkout is the final price: your parcel will arrive with no additional fees, exactly as before.

Shipping changes

Because USPS cannot manage these new payments, most international postal services — including Japan Post — have suspended shipments to the U.S. We are now using alternative carriers to ensure safe delivery. Please note that shipping costs will be slightly higher.
